Yesterday,my Christian friend talked to me about world peace.I feel depressed after that talk with my friend.Is it true that Religion can attain world peace?Is it true that the devil don't want world peace?He said that other religions belong to the devil.Is it true?I said what about Namo Amituofo?He said that is belong to the devil too.Is it true?He assumed that I don't want world peace.But I really want world peace.Another friend of mine said that President Bush caused the Cambodian kids to suffer a lot.But I said that President Bush is a friend of Israel The Holy Land and is a Godly person.

But it is possible to get over it.

Start by eating smart and healthy.

Know what food to eat and what needs to be avoided.

Nowadays I eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.. I call them guilt free food. These foods don't make me want to puke and and I can eat as much as I want.

Foods that makes me guilty and makes me go puke are those oily and fatty stuff. Like pizza, hamburgers and deep fried food, and more often hawker food.

It will be betta if you go vegetarian. But remember to read up on how to ensure you get a balance and nutritional vegetarian diet.

At your age, you still need plenty of growth foods to ensure a long healthy life.

If eating a healthy diet still doesn't help, please seek professional help.

 

 

Vegetarian diet is more likely to cause obesity than a meat diet.I am a vegetarian and I am fat.Ten years ago when I was still a meat eater, I was thin.Vegetarian diet contains more carbohydrates than what our body actually needed.

TS is a poor thing.90s is already very retro still think about 80s.The clothes I wore in the 90s is already very differrent from now.Lady in the 80s and 90s still wore dress and long skirts, very conservative.

I agree with you but the problem is in the reality world nobody (including me) is practicing that.If anybody can practice that, he/she will love everybody regardless of anything(fortunate or not).

Is 80s songs considered oldies?Because 80s has a lot of good songs.I think 80s songs are a better alternative to 60s songs as Christians are forbidden to listen to 60s songs.

I brought Russell Lee's horror films to my workplace to watch.My workmates are complaining to my employers that the horror films I brought are very scary.I explained to my boss that it is rated PG and should be acceptable to all audience.
