      Need some help on choosing compact digi cams

      Thinking of buying a digi cam to do some basic photography like capture sunrise,clouds,nature stuff, people etc.

      Don't want to go so high until slrs.

      What megapix should I be looking for? 8 enough?

      Besides the megapix,what other features should I be looking for?

      Budget is about $250

      Oh, definitely. It's possible to believe in god but not any present religion. Can't quite remember what it's called, though. Just theism? Don't think so. Also, it's actually quite common.

      Yes, I can't find the proper name for it either and I'm sure its not agnostic.  I was hoping someone here would know. bigsmile.png

      If you believe in God yet you believe in no religion, it's quite contradicting.

      But then again, humans are an irony themselves.

      I don't believe in religion because to me religion, is someone else's definition of what God/soul/etc is.
       
      I'd rather discover about these things myself.
      The other reason I stopped believing, is because the religion that I was born into,claims that the afterlife for those who've done bad deeds in this world is eternal torment.
      I cannot accept a god whose nature is love, would subject any soul to unending punishment,
      That's worse than the harshest judge !
      Even a criminal who is sentenced to death or life imprisonment only suffers for a certaing period, not eternity !

      For me, I believe that there is only one god, also there's life after death & when you do good, you'll be rewarded but when you do bad, then there's punishment

       

      I agree with life after death (soul). When you speak of punishment,what kind? Temporal or eternal?

      Is it possible to believe in God, even if you don't believe in any organized religion?

      These are my views so far :

      I believe there is a God.

      I believe there is a soul.

      He/she/it has the 3 Os

       

      Please share yours.
