hey pple! thanks for the comments so far!
I guess i was extremely formal in my way of asking those qns -_-'''
actually i'll just like people to share with me their personal opinions/ accounts on tattoo (negative or positive is fine)
see, pple in sg are either not getting idea why shld pple get a tattoo/ thinks it's not a big deal since it's personal perference.
i'll just like to share my opinions with u all first.
basically i think having a tattoo is fine so long as it's not explicit (RA) or racist.
i do get that pple have reasons for getting tattoos becos it's of special significance or it represents their personality.
However, i won't get one lar becos that not how i want to represent myself. i'm for blemish free but i do see pple with really elegant tattoos & that can b a form of art too.
like i do see this girl in my class with a rose tattoo (with thorns, stems & everything). the first time she came in, pple do stare at her but none of us see her as 'oh becos she has a tattoo, she's different'
but she is different. different in the sense that she speaks her mind and is very frank in front of the teacher.
some pple can see it as this girl is 'different, rebellious' but others can say she's open minded & willing to stick by her principles (which is not what most singaporeans are capable of..guess tt's why when pple do not conform, some of us judge them).

btw who has anyone really seen mas selamat before???
up till now he's like not showing up..
he's either gone far away/ hiding very well/ he doesn't even exist (possibility that the govt is bonding the pple tgt)
hahas tt's a crazy tot but then there's alot of suspicious details like he can escape so easily, no one is telling us the reason why & the news has sort of died down about his search after some time (apart from the complaints abt the checkpoints to JB).
omggg..

Hi,
I am currently doing a survey for a deviance assignment on the attitudes of Singaporeans with regards to their opinions on tattoo/ tattooing. Please feel free to contribute to any of the questions listed below!
1. Do you think tattoos are losing its deviant label (is increasingly accepted in Singapore)?
2. What do you think is the limit to getting a tattoo?
3. What do you ( or what do people) consider when getting a tattoo?
4. What is the purpose of a (or your) tattoo?
5. When faced with difficulties in getting one (e.g.: fear of rejection), how do you overcome these difficulties?
6. Why do some people get a tattoo but choose to cover them up?
Tattoos or not, everyone is welcome to comment!

You may contribute your personal account about your tattoo as well!
Please kindly state your age (if you are not comfortable to reveal, an age range wll do) and gender.
Your feedback is warmly appreciated!

THANKS!
