Could anyone who know the driver or where to locate him please contact me via PM here. He had caused an accident by knocking a bike down with the rider and pillion along Eunos Link around 8pm on 4th Dec 06.
Before he knock down the biker, also show the rider his middle finger and zig-zaging between lanes to deter the rider from overtaking him, and jaming his brakes when he is somewhat near him behind.
Apparently he still wish to file for claim on the rider and now that the rider had file for a claim against him as well, total up to 4K plus, AND had consulted a lawyer to sue him personally on reckless driving thus causing hurt on other road user and being a road bully by forcing a 2-wheels off the road with a 4-wheels.

The minor scratches on his right front bumper. Notice the direction of the scratches. If the rider is to cause that kind of scratches on his bumper he will have to reverse his bike in a speed and impact more than 10km/hr

been observing drivers and riders for quite some time already.
and one key pt i would like to point out is that most drivers will give way if another car cut into their lane. However, in MOST case, if the car is to be overtaken by a bike, the driver will highbeam and horn or worst case, speed up to tailgate or overtake from the left/right, just to proof that they pay more roadtax..
and the 1st lane on the express way, even if one car/bike is speeding at 180km/hr, the car/bike infront which is slower is suppose to give way, instead of speeding up to match the speed of the car/bike behind or road hogging...
according to TP rulez, speeding cause the car/bike is tailgate will get u a fine also... same goes for road hogging

It was a nite out to celebrate Shain's birthday, in advance, and the only one invited is Rin. The reason on why she is the one being invited only is simple, Shain feel for her.
Rin is a plain ger in her early twenties, not really tat kind of ger who could make head turns along Orchard Rd but she do haf an aura that makes pple who knows her, wanting to know her better. And Shain was one of those guys who fell under her magic.
Shain got to know Rin at a friend's chalet. She is the most apporiate ger around to chat up with, as the rest were attached. And as they did, they realised tat they do share common interests like jogging and swimming and working out.
After a few days of yanking off on the phone, Rin agreed to Shain's date for a nite out to celebrate his bday, in advance.
"Hows the food eh" Shain tried to keep the conversation going as they dine at Swenson.
"Not really nice today.. the fries is cold and the beef is so hard! Not worth the money at all." She reply plainly.
"I feel tat its quite okie, thinking tat its only once in awhile i eat at such places."
"Hahaaa.." Rin's giggling reminds him of her very first gf, which he still think of from time to time. "Its the 3rd time i ate at Swenson this mth... I'm just not used to eat in foodcourts or hawker..."
"Woah, now u know where all ur pay goes to eh, boosting sg's economy, hehee.." Shain never knew tat she live such an expensive lifestyle, for her age at least. Rin did boost about her LV bag which cost her near 1.3k, after mths of saving. "U sure live a high life, dont think i can catch up with tat..."
"Its nothing actually, just something i enjoy."
