I totally agree. I know of someone who share room with her 2 brothers. living together in a 3 room flat for past 27 years. Everyone just respect everyone privacy and it will be end of story. I can only say you are just selfish.

The best support I've received so far is for the Dell Latitudes (I have no experience with the Inspirons). You call Dell, they send a guy down. They fix the problem on the spot. Most importantly, since they fix it in front of you, you don't have to worry about your data or wiping your hard drive before you send in the laptop.

I totally agreed with that. I currently own a XPS Gen 2 and I am now in Australia. I just love their next business day onsite service.

Poly is definitely a good experience. It train you to be prepared for uni. If you can’t handle the peanuts workload that you have in poly i don’t think you can handle anything in uni. Roflz. I still remember some JC students was saying that poly life was easy…. Anywhere is tough. Is just that the stress level is different. Still backstabbers come from every part of the world not just in poly. So you just need to learn how to survive. If you can’t? just too bad.

Singaporean instead of thinking of improving services they blame on the ppl. If the Service provider don't take smile back at you do you THINK you have the mood to smile back at them again? But I can't face the fact that most Singaporean have that "You owe me a million dollars" looks or "You have kill my whole family" look. Regarding about Ang mo being polite so you sales person are polite. Let me tell you this. In overseas, from what i observed. It is ALWAYS the service provider who take the initative not the other way round. But I'm ok with it that i smile at them since I have adapt their culture and I like it. The problem is that fellow Singaporeans just give me that Super black face.I don't understand why. Is it so hard to say thank you but looking at someone eyes and smile? What the point that i smile at my own fellow man and yet as a customer service provider you don't look at me and give me that fark up look. Seriously I don't think Singapore customer service deserve any compliment at all. imagine i go sentosa I buy for my stuff And all i want is a farking receipt and they took like 4hrs to get a receipt out. Seriously, I was smiling all the way until i get so pissed. You tell me? How do i smile when all this service provider are like retard? Seriously I myself is in service line. Customer wanna test? Sure why not? I will open it gentlely and make sure the stuff is intact simple as that. Policy is policy human are flexible.
