You guys enjoy yourself ! Remember not to make too much noises on the bus. ;) I will be busy working on that day.
Even I am invited (unlikely) to go for the n113crb tour, I won't go because simply I am not interested in that bus model. For those who knows me well will know the nickname I have given for that bus.
Cheers !

Singapore customer service has been that bad. Not just bus services , fast food and retail shop services are mediocre . I dont even give a damn. Just like a sbst driver keep asking to scan my card even through i was showing him my season pass. He simply refuses to see my card until i told him off and he kept quiet immediately. Its normal. We have a first class country but third class service.

Sooner or later the old Nissan buses will spoil the image of the city landscape along Bugis area. And I believe that more complaints will be made if this really happens. I will rather all those old buses be deployed to KJDEP and does on service 925 instead.
Transferring 2 AP duties to AMDEP seems to be a bad decision for service 980, in fact WLDEP should continue to deploy TIB658K and TIB673R on those 2 AP duties.
I don't even think SMRT cares about their image or the buses. They probably encourage more commutors by taking MRT instead of buses if you think about it.

I got to try the KUB on 48 climbing up the steep slope one day. Anyway there could be some factors why the KUB is travelling faster than other buses. Like : KUB driver could be very late and is rushing for time while the other services drivers are on schedule. I will comment after taking a ride on 48.
Cheers

Saw you yesterday. YX ! You were at the boarding berth at 293, thought you were waiting for the kubs on 293.
Yes, Svc 3's load demand has improved these days, lots of elderly takes the bus especially from the neighbourhood areas to Pasir Ris or Tampines interchange. I think if 3 would to become a WAB svc, they would have to put more KUBs or new SD buses in the near future.

What a "perfect" loyal fan. Call yourself a Man Utd fan. A proper football fan will stick to their clubs no matter what happens.I am proudly to say I have been a Sunderland supporter for almost 10 years now and have gone through the worst period (15 points in the EPL) and I don't give up on them.
You be ashamed of yourself. Man Utd can do without a so call loyal fan like you.

Forget about it. The mercedes will be retired to make way for k230ubs.
SBS594D :
Forget about speculating, there are still around slightly more than 200 over k230ub buses to go before the deployment of all the 500 k230ub buses is completed.

Many people who have relied on public transport and switched to personal transport have all come to one conclusion that they will give up public transport for a personal transport but never the other way round unless the costs were out of their reach. With no disrespect to you but have you thought of this scenario? If more of us switch to personal transport, the heavier the traffic will be especially in town areas. Furthermore, Singapore is just an island and public transports are made convenient for all of us Singaporeans. They are already encouraging us to take the public transport instread of driving to town area to make the traffic situation worsen. I don't see anything wrong why we should continue to rely on the public transport. We can not only save money but enjoy our bus rides as well.
It's nice to own your car or motorcycle but with rising fuel and maintainance to consider, I rather use this extra money for holidays.

For goodness sake ! Stop all these now ! This is a bus hobby for all. We should just share information and enjoy every bits of it. All of us have to study or work and yes we are all stress but that doesn't mean you can go around barking at others or posting nonsense in this forum. Please post FACTS and if you are not sure, ask others first before posting. Never presume things that you don't know,
SBS2695H :
Feel free to pm me and I will personally help you understand Singapore buses better.
Look, all of you guys were once 14 years old, I am sure some of you guys were behaving like him so help him instead of condemning him.

At least, SMRT is better than SBS Transit.
SBS Transit should increase the frequency for its NEL and reduce the waiting time to 2 minutes as low during morning peak period. Most of time, the waiting time between trains during morning peak period is always 4 minutes or more. Some people at Boon Keng, Farrer Park and Little India waiting to board train, will have some difficult to get into crowded train on Harbourfront-bound. No good.

That's why I love SMRT and give them thumb up.
Please tell me you are joking. Have you ever taken MRT at Boon Lay mrt station? Taken mrt at 10 pm on weekdays and see the "wonderful" frequency and crowd on the trains? Have you ever taken mrt from Yishun to Jurong East direction in peak hours?
Trust me, they are a lot of worse than SBST.
