advice on which air - con to buy

Would like to ask you guys opinion about air con. The following is a 1-to -1, i.e., 1 fancoil and 1 condenser :

1. Mitsubishi (made in Thailand) : $1327, very sellable because of Liang Zhi Qiang
2. Panasonic (made in Malaysia) : $1207 – this is the only brand that does not sell fancoil and condenser separately. In case there is a need to change either fancoil or condenser, must buy the whole set.
3. Sanyo (made in Thailand) : $1207 – aircon service company said they would not recommend this brand for 2-to-1, but 1-to-1 seemed okay

I do not need energy saving model (since I don’t pay the electricity bill), and I always engage someone to do the servicing. Of course I would like one that gives fewest problems, repair could be expensive. Which is the best for me?

speed touch really sucks in terms of it's QOS. When i have a network of 20 computers, and 1 computer downloads, the rest will get lag when playing game. Cant do anything about it because it doesnt have a control limit for incoming packets feature. I need something for my LAN, no need wireless

So can anyone recommend?

solve lagging problem on my network with QOS

i got a network of 20 computers. Using ADSL from starhub. When some of the computers are downloading stuff or watching youtube, gaming will lag. to solve this problem, i bought DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router http://www.dlink.com/products/?sec=0&pid=530 and connnected in this fashion :

starhub modem ==> dlink router ==> hub ==> 20 computers

in my QOS, set maple story as priority 1 ( highest) as shown here



unforturnately , when downloading at high speeds, other computers playnig maplestory will lag. ping to yahoo.com is about 1000ms. does anyone know how to solve this problem?

i got many scanned books with text. But the problem is they are shown as images instead of text in the PDF. How do i convert them to text pdf? I heard got something can identify images that resembles text and convert them to pdf selectable text. And leave images and not so text looking stuff untouched. anyone can tell me how do i do that?
