Spoke to someone familiar with the Hotel’s electrical system. He confirm that there is no timer system from outside that can switch on the light in the guest room. Only timers only work for lights outside the room if any. Anyway is over, don’t scare me to go again as long as I will not be alone in the room. Hehe.

Let me list down certain facts.
1. My father lost his middle finger on his right hand 20 years ago in an accident at work which is the fault of the management. For that matter, it had caused many financial difficulties for my family even up till now. Due to his inability, he was unable to perform many tasks and was unemployed for a long duration. Does the company still have to pay up the difference for these twenty years even though it was paid for medically and he was given a small sum which amounts to nothing in recent years?
The answer is no. Times are different. You learn to adopt changes, not look back on past achievements.
2. The Sports Council is in charge of funding new talents. Let us look at it at their side of view. You're given a sum of money which is already insufficient and many expectations. Now someone ask you to pay a monthly salary to someone who achieved like two decades ago. He contributes basically nothing to the current system but acts only as a trophy of past glories. Is he worthy? The sports council locally could not even compete with China where there are hundreds living off the Government by playing the game everyday as they are recognised as talents. So tight is the budget that adding a freeloader is basically madness. Think about it.Well, my opinion is our only Sliver medalist Olympian should still be rewarded with a monthly allowance. He is the one and only so far for a long long time. We cannot afford in the past when our economy was bad, but what is $1k a onth from the whole country nowadays. Not even enough to feed a hand of a high rank Civil servant. For your analogy of the insurance thing, too common and too many cases to be compare to the one and only case for the only medalist in our nation. We are not even back paying Mr Tan How Liang, just compensating him when we can afford to. Monthly allowance for him and object of recognition like statue at National stadium and naming the gym after him, can we have all that please... for our only Olympian winning the Sliver Medal.

I think their fighting style is very much throwing people using the opponent own momentum. If they get into a fight in Disco, I can imagine their opponent will be smashed very hard onto the floor. If there is no witness, the police will wonder how did a person fell so horribly to their death because of the high impact. But as Tai Chi is linked very much to self enlightenment, to reach such high level, usually the nature of the person is refined to vey high level already.

There is a group of Tai Chi people who train Tai Chi to fight. The best one has practise for hours daily for 5 years. He can set people off balance easily. Their master is a trainer for the jie fang jun who visit Singapore once yearly. Heard that the principles they used in fighting TAi Chi is very much in line with physic laws. But it take very long time and hard work to get some results unless you are Zhang Wu Ji. Haha.

The room was haunted never cross my mind at that time. If you have done what I have, canoeing, gym, table tennis and swimming one after another in the day time, you can imagine how tired I am. If the room is really haunted, the ghost will need to throw me off the bed to convince me that I am not welcome there. Just switching ON a light is not enough. My girlfriend, when we check out at the lobby did comment my behaviour was quite unusual, go and off the light, mumble "who on the light" and headed straight back to the bed. ha ha.

Check in at this hotel at a Bintan resort last Friday. We heard knocking of door several times. If that is okay, the weirdest thing occurred in the morning at 5am+ the room light turned on by itself. I get out of bed to switch it off then go back to sleep, thinking is some sort of morning call. Didn’t remember it until my room mate asked me if I think it was something supernatural when we check out the next morning. Gonna buy the room number as $-D today.

My friend swear by it and now firmly believe that the qi thing is for real. Anyone can share what they know? Cos the fee is not cheap.

The last time in my secondary school, got two Ah Lian quarrelled and started fighting. One got trashed by the other, her school shirt got ripped open and bra got pulled, next we heard the a snapping sound and a few of us at the correct direction) get to see her nipples exposed. Then the guys started clapping for the free show. Both girls ended up in the Principle’s office.

She scold the equivalent of "shi*" when her ball go out of table, equivalent of f*ck" before she serve the ball and when she score, other vulgarity that I cannot understand. I think Li Jia Wei should consider scolding our local vulgarities when she serve, score and if her ball go out next time she is playing in Olympic. Should start practicing now, and her boyfriend too. Learn from the North Korean.

That bring us to the topic of service standards.
What ever the guy want to do during courtship, he must bear in mind whether he can maintain the same service standards, if is hard to maintain for long term, I suggest think twice.
Otherwise, once the service standards drop, the GF will think that the guy dont love her as much.
