Really depends what kinda music you want to do, if you're into rock stuff it doesn't have to be expensive - the nets full of stuff to learn your trade on guitar/bass/drums - just get in a band with some mates, learn some songs, get some gigs... best education you could get in that kinda music.
Well the problem is I'm not getting any younger. nearing my 30s already. I doubt any teacher who's like yours would pay any attention to me. I can ask shit loads of questions sometimes. That's why I'm also fussy about my teacher, whom, sometimes is even younger than me. But I know I'm not talented at all. I've tried all that net stuff, self help books etc. Theoratically I understand quite a bit of things but that's not how music works unfortunately. that's why I'm convinced I need guidance.

If you are serious about a music career, I have some recommendations - cannot post online. also teacher taking in students dependant on student's ability. um... can contact me. can private message me... I dunno how but yah.
Hi,
You've got mail :)

I know music isn't cheap. i've changed so many teachers/schools to know that already. The problem lies with the teacher is just an employee of the school, most of the time just there to earn a living without any care to see if you progress or not. I've more passion than the teacher sometimes. Why should I pay for the rubbish fee in that case? Why should I be at their mercy when I'm paying my hard earned money?

I'm trying to pursue a classical music education. I doubt those bands offer what I want. Besides, my father used to play for them. He has ready connections. But that's not what I want. Thanks for the suggestion nonetheless.

can go buy from elsewhere
(1) + (2) I beg to differ. I've been to quite a few different music schools to learn/enquire before. They all offer at most one make-up per term. But that's at least a make-up.(3) I've already bought all my books from a book store after realising how much they're overcharging.

(1) Fees payable in full every month. However during February and December when Chinese New Year and Christmas/New Year's Day occur, there are only 3 lessons in those months as opposed to the usual 4. But you still pay the full fees for those 2 months.
(2) There is no make-up lesson if you have to postpone due to any reason. Sure you could go get an MC (which is also $$), but what is this? Primary school? Even my employer is more understanding.
(3) Course books, ABRSM theory papers are at least 25% more expensive than other music bookstores.

It is essential to wear thicker clothing so as not to show the nip protruding that may make guys like you dripping.
You appear to be rather intolerant of strapped bras. But to each her own eh? By "dripping" I do hope you're not referring to me. It'll take a little more than a protruding nip (or rather, nips) through a top to make me drip I think. End of the day, it won't hurt to reach under your collar with your thumb, pull at that irritating bra strap til it's in place and release with or without a snap. :)

To, me as a gal, if i act normal and relax infront of a guy, that mean he is nothing to me, as tho he is not even here.
So, i guess yr lady fren dun even bother about yr presence, that is all.
If i like a guy, i will be very presentable, discipline and leave all the normal human burpping behaviors behind, just to show that i am a good gal so that he can notice me.
Is there a reason why not many girls would chose to wear strapless bras then? Cos it's more expensive? Or the lack of straps is perceived to provide less support? Most of my girl friends seem to wear strapless only when the top calls for it, ie. Halter-neck.
If every girl thinks like you do, I'd start to worry the next time my date starts to adjust her bra in front of me. It'd mean she's oblivious to my presence! LOL

Yea I have a highly imaginative mind, but it seems I'm not alone. I was hoping making it a multiple choice would elicit an easier response.
The general consensus appears to be that the girl is just comfortable with me, and that it really isn't a socially awkward thing compared to adjusting your wedgies (or your balls). And I agree with that too.

No where as weird as what some of the guys think in here. It's a habit I've seen many girls have to relieve the tension of the strap or the 'itchiness' it causes. I'm just wondering if it means anything when it's performed while I'm having a conversation with her. Glad to hear you have comfortable bras though

I've had several occasions when during a conversation with a different woman, (regardless of her being my date, my colleague or friend I regularly hang out with), she would adjust her bra strap with a distinct "piak" snapping sound, I'm sure you know what that's like.
I'm just curious to take a poll among the ladies if, the bra-adjustment indicates if
(A) it's just an indication she's comfortable with me, like how some men would burp loudly in front of ladies they're comfortable with
(B) it could be she's interested in me
(C) she's just plain nonchalant
(D) she really needs a better fitting bra
(E) she needs to know it's quite socially inappropriate
(F) I need to learn it's nowhere as inappropriate as fixing her wedgie in public and I'm just too sensitive
Before you start flaming me, I want to state I do not get off at that, nor do I find it disturbing. I'm just curious about this phenomenon I've observed among my friends. Thank you for your participation!

I was at a KTV at Serangoon Gardens and my friend was singing a song unknown to me. It’s your Non-MTV, unoriginal artist MV with scenery and all. So there I was looking at the MV when I noticed that it actually featured a scene of beach with topless ladies for a few seconds (yes with exposed nipples). There I was jumping around like a bloody fool pointing at the TV and my lady friends didn’t even notice a thing.

haha...so what do u guys think?wanna buy that bike if its selling? There are already motorcycles running on V engines available for sale in singapore. You can always pop down to HARLEY DAVIDSON showroom along Leng Kee Road. That is if you want to pay more than $40,000 for a motorcycle. Not to mention the road tax because of the high c.c. What do you think? Would you buy that bike?
By the way, have you seen a V6 engine in a car? Do you know how big it is to fit under the fuel tank of a road-use bike?
