thats not really true. in fact you burn more fat at rest. as you increase the intensity, less fat percentage is being burn. note that its in percentage. not actual total amount of fat.

schedule is definitely a factor but sometimes trainings can be cancelled due to book out timings (applicable only to tekong).

book out timings are usually coordinated first with HQ allocating slots for school 1, 2 and 3. then schools will individually allocate slots to the coys. these are planned weeks before.

Slow in a sense that it would take quite a bit of time to say switch between app. Like from IE7 to Adware scanner, or even in between tabs in IE7.
