if i'm not wrong once ministers retire, they will still get two third of their previous pay as pension.even after cutting one third, the figure is still obscene.

that should be it. and also i think you can only take within 100 days of the date you last took your ippt. this is the case last time when i take perm staff's ippt.

Jogging (or any aerobic exercise, for that matter) is good at burning fats. It can sustain your heart rate within the fat burning-zone of 60%-80% of your maximum heart rate, in which most of the energy you burn comes from fats.
thats not really true. in fact you burn more fat at rest. as you increase the intensity, less fat percentage is being burn. note that its in percentage. not actual total amount of fat.as you increase your speed/intensity, even though the % of fat being burn is reduced, on the overall, you'll require more energy. calculating the % based on the energy expanded, more fats will in fact be burn at higher intensity.

erm. with regards to the book out part, it depends on which company you're posted to. (correct me if i'm wrong)
for people who are in the enhanced batch, high chances are that you're likely to book out on a sat because the schedule is packed compared to those in the PTP batch.
and for those who chao keng your napfa back in your poly days, better buck up because if you don't pass your IPPT during BMT, you're made to do RT during your weekends. in other words confined to do exercise till you pass your napfa.
schedule is definitely a factor but sometimes trainings can be cancelled due to book out timings (applicable only to tekong).
book out timings are usually coordinated first with HQ allocating slots for school 1, 2 and 3. then schools will individually allocate slots to the coys. these are planned weeks before.

Slow in a sense that it would take quite a bit of time to say switch between app. Like from IE7 to Adware scanner, or even in between tabs in IE7.Btw mine is about 4~5yrs old, with about average usage of 6~7hr a day for that duration. And by clicking you mean normal "search" clicking or abnormally loud clicking? Mine just seems to do alot of searching...
it may not be hard disk fault.
it could be ram or mobo.

what i hate the most is them giving you incomplete information of what things is needed to apply and hope that you will give up bothering them.
ya lor.
always like that one. when time to pay, no need to apply. when time to get money, must apply, otherwise it'll be forfeit.

i didn't say i'll give that as the reason.
what for when i have a better one!
"Under the Road Traffic Rules, although part of the vehicle was in the yellow box, it was not causing obstruction to any other vehicle proceeding to or along that road junction and, as such, no offence was committed."
with a bus lane on the left, i believe more buses will go straight than turn right at the junction ahead. even if a bus comes out. there'll still be enough space behind. so no obstruction!

its ok to suggest this record breaking project.but why need to go around collect cans? i bet they themselves buy can drinks too. so many schools involved, just get the students in the participating schools to help la. like set up bins for cans in school compounds which will be used for this project la. like that also cannot figure out meh. with mediacock invovled, they also can get at their canteen mah.
so much for education.
