As you can see from my post, i not sure whether wat the agent told me true or not.
And i post this so someone who familiar with tht can suggest me, instead of giving me some irrelevant replies.

yes, uright.after she sms me telling me, min stay3 months, then another 1 month notice ,deposit can refund. (which mean 3+1=4 months.)
and i reply her i understand that that is not listed in the agreement, i wil lchk with other agent again.
and she reply me please check.
thn ytd i sms her asking her name and office phone number she call me after some time, and confirm with me tht, i just have to stay 3 months, no need another 1 month notice after the 3 months stay.
tht's why i post here asking for suggestion/truth.

ok, here is the story.
because the agent msg me this:
please take note.
after 2 (sorry is 3 months)months then 1 month notice. deposit will refund.
and i sure this is not listed in the agreement.
i reply her i will check with other agent.
then she reply me
please check
tht's piss me off.
just now i ask for her name and office number, but she never give me.
after half an hour she call me ask me what happen actually. ask y i ask for office number is it want to make a big hullaRRR??
so i confirm with her, are u sure tht it's a must to have another 1 month notice after 3 months min stay?
she say no..

and confirm tht i only need to stay for 3 months which is may,june and july to get back deposit.
The agent try to trick me.. wtf!

in my rental agreement. it stated:
1 - Min 3 mths stay to get back deposit.
2 - 1 mth notice to woner if i plan to move out.
lets say i move in may 4th, min 3 mths will be august 4th.
so i give notice at june 27th tht i moving out at july 27. = 1 mth notice
who knw the agent told me tht i need to stay 3 months min, another 1 month notice so i can get back deposit.
which this is not listed in the agreement.
i need someone who study law to give me advice.
if needed i will IMG the agreement.
