There's no "Hard to say who is right or wrong". He's keeping within the law, so he's right.

He's right doesn't mean the law is right, but then again, ppl should constantly send feedback to TP/LTA/Govt and write to press and all tat. Until the day the govt decide to designate rite lane for overtaking only, ppl are not wrong for staying on it at speed limit.

Increasing speed limit to 120 oso no use, cuz there are ppl who drive faster than 120 and the whole issue starts from square one again. "Is it right for a person to stay on right lane at 120?"

Its just like when they implement the speed cam at Holland Rd at 50 kmh, somebody spray paint a 60 on the camera and the govt later relent and change to 60 kmh cuz its more reasonable also. That's extreme but at least he did something about it!

In the end, you still lan lan travel 90 till you clear the camera rite. It becuz ppl got no discipline tat end up govt got to put so many camera to make sure we stay within speed limit!

its up to individual views. to me, i wont road hog that cause so much inconvenience to other drivers in a rush.

its hard to say who is right or wrong. i do experience many times whereby the whole right lane is being jammed up because there is a car travelling at 90km/hr. i can see the cars in front of me start to overtake that jammer from the middle lane.

i was thinking.. i though the right lane is for overtaking...how come people can overtake from the middle lane? its shouldn't be the case whereby the middle lane cars are faster than the overtaking lane cars..
