i think every guys understand the feeling of 2 weeks before enlistment. sleep cant sleep, eat cant eat.. play cant play. 24 hrs a day become 2 hrs a day bcos time seems to run so fast, so many things havent do yet little time to do it.

honour, glory, patroism(spelling) aside, army really teaches a lot of things that no professors in the world could have taught u. the best teachers i came across is not from schools but from all the experiences, stories and lectures i got during my 2 yrs there. besides that, you mixed with 123587606th different kind of human beings out there. you think its so easy to be independent yet under discipline? it harder than one would think of. how many occasions will u see a JC nerd to sleep beside a siao ah beng in the same room? hardly. but army provide this chance. mixing people of different background creates mutual influences and created opportunities for one to learn from another. army don't just teach u to clean bunk and foot drills or charge that knoll.

i seriously feel that those who always think that serving the army is a boring, tough and out of your own will to start thinking again. its really a playground for men and its a place where boys become men or if worse, boys continue to be boys.

2 years is just a snap of the finger. it will come as fast as the 2hrs u suffered before enlistment. the day u walk out of ur camp for the final time for ur ord.. u will feel with joy, memories and life skills that u will forever cherish.

England defender Jonathan Woodgate believes his new club Tottenham's 11th place in the Premier League is a 'false position'.

The 28-year-old finally moved from Middlesbrough to Spurs yesterday - and although the details of the deal have yet to be announced, Woodgate is likely to cost Juande Ramos' side in the region of £7million.

The clubs earlier confirmed they had reached agreement for the 28-year-old, who joined Boro from Real Madrid in August 2006 - initially on loan, with the move made permanent in April 2007

Woodgate has made 19 league appearances for the Teessiders this season.

He told Spurs' website: 'I think it's a false position in the league, with the quality we've got. I hope we can climb up the league and get as high as we can.

In revelations that shatter Cole’s image as a happily married man who rarely drinks, mum-of-one Aimee told how he:

CHATTED up girls as he downed vodka cocktails;

SLAPPED her bottom so hard his platinum wedding ring left a mark;

VOMITED in a girl’s car — then said she should feel “privileged”;

MADE absurd claims that Girls Aloud singer Cheryl “didn’t mind” him cheating as long as he kept it secret, and

INTERRUPTED their sex session to be sick again.

“He slapped my backside so hard his wedding ring left an imprint. He tried to hold my hand but I could feel the ring and felt so bad I pushed it away.”

Cole then joined Aimee in the back seat of her pal’s Vauxhall Astra while his friend CJ sat in the passenger seat. Two of Cole’s other friends got a separate cab back to the flat.

Aimee — who has a 19-month-old son — said: “During the ride he was slurring his words and was a right mess. Then he just threw up everywhere.

“My friend was going mad but he just smiled and said to me, ‘She should be privileged Ashley Cole was sick in her car.’ His T-shirt was covered in sick and he took it off. I remember being really disturbed by how violently ill he was.”

Once at the flat, Cole’s pals Johnny, CJ and a third man continued drinking downstairs, waiting for the early morning Hatton fight — while the England star led Aimee to a bedroom.

“I went to the toilet and when I returned he was sitting in his boxer shorts on the bed.

“For a footballer, I didn’t think he was in great shape. His legs weren’t that big and he wasn’t completely toned up top.

“He asked me to lie down next to him and before long his hands were all over me.

“We started having sex but it wasn’t long before he said he felt sick again.

“Then he just rolled over and vomited on the floor, all over the cream carpet. It was disgusting.”

But Cole was not going to let that stop him scoring. Aimee said: “He had some mouthwash, then jumped back into bed.

“We started having sex again but his mates piled into the room.
