It's a little abstract.
1st Para: Education gives a head-start in your career, sometimes a more secured pay.
2nd Para: You usually mix with people of the same educational level/title, so you can get PHD with many credentials down the line, you realise that there are not many in the country with that title, you end up with lesser to share your thoughts.

Maslow's theory (of motivation) is a good help to those bosses who can't keep employees.
Job hop is usually referred to as a habit, a bad habit.
However, sincere workers who move on to a better place for them to display more of their talents are contributing more to the society.
Which side of the coin are you?

if its flight sim, check out the x45 stick at http://www.saitekusa.com/usa/prod/joysticks.htm
saitek also have other quality sticks.
the other brand you could try is logitech. but i feel you should seriously consider only their higher range. and MAKE SURE you get a warrentee when you buy the stick...sticks are stuff that can break and spoil very easily. It is still flight sim, to be use by professionals, so rest assure to those who try to reply it is who fly it, cheap or expensive. I just want to make sure that I buy one that is game-worthy and I believe that this forum has many flt sim gamers.
Thanks, I'll check out the site, but is it available in Singapore?
