I want to know what type of illness or anything that make the MO to give a man Pes F.
Which mean he does not need to do National Service. -
i guess if the person is terminally ill, or physically handicapped, or seriously mentally disable.

My brother finally got PES F more than 10 years ago, 2 years into his reservist. He too siao-on during NS and accumulated injuries onto his back. Now he has to be careful while working (he works with heavy glass sheets), careless can mean serious spinal damage - crippling in fact
.
He proved his injuries with a MRI scan - X Rays don't show anything. -
A word of caution to you. After reading the comments here, please don't go and do something stupid ok?
FYI, if the MO find that you self-inflict injuries, you will get into deep sh*t than a PES F. -

My advice:
dun ever go get a PES F if you intend to stay in Singapore and develop. At most E9L9 can le. Cos if you do, i can assure you NO ONE will employ you. Unless u self-employ, then i got nothing to say. Or u intend to quit singapore foever.
I have a fren who was graded PES F, but he went and BEG the MO for a PES E9L9 cos he love singapore and wanna live and work here. So unless you can afford to do the above, dun EVER get a PES F. You will just ruin yourself. A PES E9L9 is slack enuff. -

There's a website saying haemophilics (hereditary blood disease where the blood fails to clot & abnormal bleeding occurs) will be downgraded to PES E9L9:

PES F? My only familiarity (unconfirmed) is an old secondary-shool classmate of mine. He had a hole in his heart &, as far as I know, exempted from NS altogether.
Believe me, if you have a PES F-classifiable medical condition, you'll be worrying about your mortality - not military service. -

He visited a specialist outside to certify that he is 'fit' to serve clerical duties and then with that letter beg the CMPB MO to upgrade him, he even have to go thru boarding.
Why all the trouble? Just becos he wanna be able to lift his head high in singapore.

Nope he is a true blue Singaporean, born,breed,trained and still living here, now proudly holding to his PINK IC. Not a kicked out or quitter. -

Another i like to clarify, i'm advising those who wanna KENG pes F, not those geniune case, who must be given PES F, for their cases, its not their fault, they have no choice.
If they have a condition where the slightest twitch of their muscle is life threatening, then they should get the PES F status. They may not be fit to be contribute to national service, but they are sure to be able to contribute to the society in one way or another.
Another advice, Keng watever u wat, hand,leg,kidney watever but never psycho, cos if u fail, DB is awaiting. Low level status are now getting rare, cos of singapore shortage of manpower and also the change of CO MCC, who is know as an iron fist where grading and status are concerned.

Haha... tat fren of urs must be damn fit and a chao keng. I got senior, who is fitter than a PES A (a commando officer say one) but graded E9L9. Actually nowadays, they dun take hole in heart into much consideration, they are more willing to take risk now.
