  Reason is because they are a very specialized themed forum.

  So they can indulge their hobby there.

  But Chit Chat seems like a first-filter dumpground.

  If you post something in Chit Chat, according to my estimation, there is 55% - 85% chance that a moderator will move it to some other subforum.
